O.N.E. Coconut Water Fan Video

Plastic Bottles are Making You Sick...Switch to ONE Water in Tetra Pak!

Cancer Update from Johns-Hopkins
Bottled
water in your car is
very
dangerous!
On the Ellen show, Sheryl
Crow said this is what caused her breast
cancer. It has been identified as the most common cause
of the high levels of dioxin in breast cancer
tissue.
Sheryl
Crow's oncologist told her:
women
should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.
The
heat reacts with the chemicals in the plastic of the
bottle which releases dioxin into the water. Dioxin is
a toxin increasingly found in breast cancer tissue.
So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has
been left in a car. Pass this on to all the women in your
life.
This
information is the kind we need to know that just might save
us! Use a stainless steel canteen or a glass bottle
instead of plastic!

LET EVERYONE WHO HAS A WIFE / GIRLFRIEND /
DAUGHTER KNOW PLEASE!

This
information is also being circulated at Walter Reed
Army Medical Center
..
No plastic
containers in
microwave.
No
water
bottles in freezer
No
plastic wrap
in microwa ve.
A dioxin
chemical causes cancer, especially breast
cancer.
Dioxins
are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your
plastic
bottles
with water in them as this releases dioxins from the
plastic.

Recently, Edward
Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV
program to explain this health
hazard.

He talked
about dioxins and how bad they are for
us.
He said
that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using
plastic
containers...
This
especially applies to foods that contain
fat.

He said that the20
combination of fat, high heat,=2 0and plastic releases
dioxin
into the
food and ultimately into the cells of the
body...
Instead, he recommends using
glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex
or ceramic
containers
for heating food.... You get the same results, only without the
dioxin.
So
such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and
soups, etc.,
should be
removed from the container and heated in something
else.
Paper isn't bad but
you don't know what is in the
paper.
It's just safer to use tempered
glass, Corning Ware,
etc.
He
reminded us that a while ago some of the fast foo d
restaurants moved
away
from the foam containers to
paper. The dioxin problem is one of the
reasons...
Also, he pointed out
that plastic wrap, such as Saran wrap,
is just as dangerous when
placed
over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the
high
heat
causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and
drip into the food.
Cover
food with a paper towel
instead.

User Testimonial! "How O.N.E. Coconut Water Has Improved My Hair"

Thank you to o.n.e. of our fans, Mindy, for this great blog today!

You may think it sounds silly to say that using coconut water can benefit your hair! Isn't it
something you drink? Oh, yes, you do drink it and it has great results internally, but it also
can help externally. How do I know this? I have personally seen the results. I came to find
out about using coconut water on my hair, as I was going through a period of time when my hair was falling out more then I'd like to see, especially in the shower, it felt like sand paper
and the growth was rather slow. Another thing that bothered me, was that the day after I washed my hair, it would be full of knots and I would run my hands through my hair and too many hairs would come out. If you have similar experiences, then please read on. Even
if you have not, everyone can benefit from what I did.

I have to give credit to a wonderful lady, Tonya Zavasta, who is a raw food teacher and author.
I confided in her about the issue with my hair and she was the one who suggested I use coconut water in my hair. The more I thought about it, the more it made sense! Why would such a thing have value? Coconut water is full of minerals and that creates alkalinity and the hair needs minerals, like all of our body! I knew that this would work, even before I tried it.
Tonya informed me to pour the water on my hair and into my scalp and let it soak in for
an hour and then wash my hair. I did as she told me and had fantastic results, like I never
could have imagined!

Now before I go any further, I have to say that I pledge my allegiance to O.N.E. water, as
opposed to other companies on the market. I have tried the other companies, but I have
to say for FACT, that they don't taste as good. I am picky when in comes to the food
I eat and the products I use, as I am a raw food chef and an absolute purist.

Here is what I did and you are welcome to use this remedy. One disclaimer is, don't get discouraged if it takes more time to see results. I don't know your situation, so I can't
say for sure that you will have the same experience as I have. I do know, that I told my neighbor to use it in his hair and he has has similar results. I do not wash my hair every day
because I don't feel it is good to strip all the natural oils from your body and hair. Depending on how much hair you have, you can use 1 or 1/2 of the 11oz container of coconut water and pour it on your hair and then rub it in to your scalp. Take a towel and cover your hair so the hair stays wet and allow the water to soak in. Set a timer for 1 hour and then take the time to relax, read a book and listen to some soothing music. Then wash you hair in the shower as you normally do. I did this 3 times a week for a month and was thrilled with the results. My hair was softer (no more sand paper feel), there was less falling out and it was growing more!
On occasion, I actually leave the water in my hair without washing it out, but I do keep it covered for an hour so it can soak it.

Now, I use the coconut water in my hair for maintenance and/or if I feel that my hair is not growing the way I'd like it to. Give it a try! It can't hurt you in any way! It is all natural!
It is, after all the One Natural Experience!

O.N.E. Amazon Acai and Free Radicals

Acai Berry Juice

According to data from the USDA, the Acai berries ORAC value (antioxidant capabilities) is 200-750% higher then any other fruit or vegetable. Science has linked Free Radicals as forces to such diseases as, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, aging, and many more.

"Don't underestimate the threat free radicals pose to our health. Scientists now believe that free radicals are casual factors in nearly every known disease, from heart disease to arthritis to cancer to cataracts. In fact, free radicals are a major culprit in the aging process itself. By controlling free radicals, anti-oxidants can make the difference between life and death, as well as influence how fast and how well we age"

A quote from Lester Packer, Head of Packer Laboratory -Dept. of Molecular and Cell Biology from, The University of Calf. at Berkeley.

So the evidence of what free radicals can do is now a fact, proven by modern science. Also proven is the fact that antioxidants are the solution to controlling and eliminating them, and preventing the damage they do to our bodies.

What are free radicals and healthy cells

Cells are made up of many atoms. When these atoms are healthy, they make an exact copy of themselves to keep the body healthy. What makes a healthy atom is the fact they have paired (2) electrons. Free radicals are atoms that only have one (1) electron. They go around stealing electrons from healthy cells, thus destroying and damaging them. When these damaged cells replicate, they make an exact copy of an un-healthy cell, thus leading to disease and premature aging.

Through modern science, we know that almost all known diseases and ailments are a direct result of what we are feeding, or not feeding are bodies.

Jason Mraz Takes O.N.E. Coconut Water on Tour

What’s In Your Backpack, Tricia Huffman, Jason Mraz’s Tour ‘Joyologist’?

Tricia has one of the coolest gigs on the planet, touring the world with Jason Mraz as the first ever ‘joyologist’.

Her one-of-a-kind job description is to ” keep the positivity flowing, keep our bodies clean and limber and to make our ever-changing surroundings a little more pleasing to all of the senses.”

Here are the things that she can’t live without on the road.

Fabric
A tapestry or fabric to hang in the dressing room or hotel room. It is often used to cover the “idiot box” and also to give the room a sense of home and to have some sort of grounding.

Aromatherapy
Lately I favor a diffuser and different essential oils, but an aromatic candle will do the job.

Healing stones
Black onyx (repels negative energy) and rose quartz (heals emotional wounds and opens the heart to unconditional love) are a couple of my choice ones.

iPod Stereo
So portable and easy to pop in and change the environment with your own choice of tunes for the moment. Random Dance parties and sing-a-longs are sure to follow.

Shiva Shakti Tonic
A spiritual tonic made by Ayurvedic extraordiniare, John Holmstrom of L.A. It cultivates compassion in body, mind, and soul by burning the toxic ama in the body.

It is only taken on days when it is really needed, but I bring it along everywhere.

I gave some to Jason before he left for the Grammy Awards and it kept him feeling the love all day and night long.

Wildbars
A raw, vegan superfood bar made by Ancient Sun Nutrition that picks you up, keeps you going, and gets your creative juices flowing.

Made with a full serving of cacao and wild blue green algae and it tastes like a candy bar.

You gotta try this!

Vitamineral Green
A green superfood powder from Healthforce Nutrition - 100% whole food, pure, raw vegan.

We love to make morning Green Shakes with this as the main ingredient, but a tablespoon or two in O.N.E. coconut water is a delight as well.

This product has changed the lives of more than half of our band and crew.

Yerba Mate
A South America tea that boosts immunity, cleanse and detoxifies the blood, tones the nervous system, combats fatigue, and stimulates the mind.

Without caffeine!

I love it iced on hot days too and favor the Guayaki Mint and The Mate Factor Dark Roast.

Yoga Mat
I love my Jade Harmony travel mat. It is super thin and light to carry, made from all eco products and is the perfect stickiness, even when practicing on a gravel driveway in 100 degree heat.

There is always a way to fit in some yoga anywhere, anytime.

Travel Hula Hoop
Our friend, Mandy in San Diego sent us off on this last tour with hula hoops that collapse!

She made them herself and really thinks she needs to start marketing them. They fit into our luggage and you can even sling it over your shoulder and walk about town with it folded up until you strike the fancy to hoop it up.

Best thing ever!
